  • All our services are extra chargeable and need to be paid prior to the service being done on your website.

  • We do not provide any refunds for our services.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information during the project consultation.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for any third-party materials used in their projects.

  • If a client wants to add a new plugin, it should be purchased by the website owner and can be installed by themselves, a third party, or by Webzieh Creations Limited with a service fee.

Warranties and Limitations

  • Webzieh Creations Limited provides services “as is” without any warranties.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Webzieh is not responsible for the content published on websites created for customers.

Website Backups and Expiration

  • We do not keep backups of your website.

  • If a plan expires, your website will no longer function.

Domain Registration and Services

  • Webzieh Creations Limited is not a domain registrar and does not provide free domain registration with any of our website design plans.

  • However, if a client wishes to purchase a domain through Webzieh Creations Limited, the client will be responsible for paying the actual domain registration cost along with a service fee before the domain purchase is completed.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Webzieh Creations Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit permission.
